Hard Gay's buddy, Makoto Izubuchi appeared in the new CD release event of a famous Japanese enka singer, Fuyumi Sakamoto, to show his enthusiastic support. The guy in the middle (behinde the woman) is Makoto Izubuchi, who form comedian duo "Reiza- Ramon" with Hard Gay. He claim himself "RG (Real Gay", which is just a bad parody of HG. Instead of Gothic-S&M fashion, he appeared with traditional Japanese men's underwear "Fundoshi", and shouted "Fo Fo Fo Fo Fooooo".

Sakamoto, who didn't know about RG's support, asked "what are you doing here?" to RG. RG replied "I came to chear you up", and Sakamoto couldn't say any more. RG kept dancing and shaking his body like HG's famous dance, while Sakamoto was performing her latest single. Sakamoto commented "I just concentrated not to make mistakes in lyrics" after her performance with RG.
